Our client, a global manufacturing company is seeking to hire a Commercial Transactions Counsel with 4+ years of experience. Desired candidate must have combination of law firm and in-house experience as well as experience negotiating and drafting a variety of complex agreements, including construction, engineering, and procurement as well as advising on joint ventures and M&A deals.
