The successful candidate should enjoy working as part of a dynamic team with a passion for helping clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. Minimum Qualifications of the Litigation Associate: 3-10 years of experience in litigation California State Bar License Experience overseeing general liability/personal injury matters as required Draft, review and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials Communicate with expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, witnesses and medical providers Possess excellent written communication skills Capability to work independently and as part of a team Manage a team of paralegals and legal assistants Excellent academic credentials and references required Position Details of the Personal Injury Associate Schedule: Full-time Location: San Francisco, CA Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive and commensurate with experience. The total compensation for this position ranges from $135,000 to $200,000. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials.
