Walkup Melodia Kelly & Schoenberger is looking for a full time Research and Motions Attorney with three years of personal injury experience who is eager to work at our firm in San Francisco. The successful candidate should enjoy working as part of a dynamic team with a passion for helping clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. Attorney will assist our trial attorneys in preparation for personal injury and mass tort cases. Must be familiar with the law relating to discovery and trial related motions: discovery motions, motion for summary judgment, motions to continue, motions in limine, demand letters and similar tasks in California State and Federal Courts. Ideal candidate will have the following credentials: · Outstanding writing skills (writing samples are required) · California State Bar License · Judicial clerkship · Minimum of three years of personal injury experience in a similar role The role does not require meeting with clients, or have any business development responsibilities. Court appearances are not required, although available if desired. The position offers a flexible full-time schedule dependent on ability to adapt to the workload of the firm. Position Details of the Research Law and Motions Attorney: Schedule: Full-time Location: San Francisco Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive and commensurate with experience. The total compensation for this position ranges from $135,000 to $200,000. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, qualified 401k plan, profit sharing, health and life insurance. Only qualified applicants should apply.
