For Washington, D.C. Provide advice to clients in litigation and arbitration matters involving state entities and Latin American parties; conduct intake interviews with witnesses and experts; conduct and coordinate legal research; analyze case law and provide recommendations; draft, administer and/or review legal documents, including memoranda, legal submissions, pleadings, correspondence, agreements and contracts; represent clients or officials in legal proceedings and at hearings, pre-trial proceedings, and settlement negotiations; and participate in pro bono legal assignments, firm activities, and other community organizations and/or functions as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school, or an equivalent foreign law degree and one (1) year experience in international investor-state arbitration cases for Latin American countries.
