Our Real Estate Practice seeks an Associate to handle a wide range of real estate transactions, from term sheet through closing, including negotiation and drafting of transaction documents and performance and coordination of due diligence. Typical matters include purchases and sales for institutional and private equity investors (all product types); office and retail leasing on behalf of landlords and tenants; financings (primarily from the borrower side); and assistance on real estate aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions. The Real Estate Practice is busy with many high-profile transactions and developments. Minimum two years of relevant practice post-JD, preference for 3+ years.
