Looking for a full-time associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience handling Plaintiffs’ Fall-Down injury cases throughout New Jersey. Someone organized and detail oriented. This office is a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Admission in Good Standing to the New Jersey bar is required. Admission to New York and Pennsylvania bars area plus
Demonstrated track record handling Plaintiff’s personal injury matters from inception to trial preparation
Strong oral and written communication skills required
Strong experience in motion practice and discovery practices required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong legal knowledge
Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English - written and spoken) a plus
