Description: Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the West Palm Beach office for an associate in the Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of general litigation experience. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position at this time. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: · Strong research skills, writing skills, and academic record are required. · Federal Court experience required. · Experience drafting pleadings and interviewing witnesses. · Banking litigation including knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code experience, and/or insurance defense litigation experience preferred. · Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic litigation team.
