Candidates should have a minimum of four years of experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of complex lending transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and syndicated credit facilities. Experience in a large law firm is preferred. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
