Greenberg Traurig's Phoenix office is seeking a mid-level (3-5 years) associate for its Corporate & Securities Department. Ideal candidates should have experience representing both public and private companies in public offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions.The Phoenix office has a sophisticated corporate finance practice that includes representing issuers and underwriters in public offerings, targets and acquirers in public and private (including PE) M&A transactions, advising clients with respect to corporate governance matters, tender offers, joint ventures, strategic alliances and general corporate representations.

Candidates should possess a strong academic background and superior drafting and negotiation skills. Candidates should also possess the ability to take on significant responsibility for deal management and work product, and be team-oriented
