Positions available for senior associates with 5+ years litigation experience (medical malpractice preferred) and for associates with 1-3 years’ experience. Ideal candidates must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently while also functioning as a member of a team, maintain a positive attitude, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and produce accurate and high-quality work product. Attorney candidates will be responsible for drafting and preparing pleadings, discovery, pre-trial and trial documents, performing legal research, and appearing for Court hearings and depositions.
