Our client, a boutique litigation firm is seeking an experienced associate to join their growing Miami office. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of litigation experience. Strong preference for insurance defense experience in the following areas: first party property, coverage, premises liability, or personal injury. Candidates should have strong litigation experience as well as experience managing their own caseload, exceptional communication skills, and a strong academic record.
