Coral Gables law firm has an immediate opening for a well-qualified full-time plaintiff Paralegal with 5+ years of experience in personal injury/medical malpractice litigation.  Candidate must have knowledge of both state and federal court procedures. Federal Court experience is mandatory.  Some appellate experience is a plus.  Responsibilities include scheduling, drafting pleadings, initiating and responding to discovery requests, and hearing/trial preparation.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.  Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).  We offer a complete benefits package including health/dental & vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid vacation, and sick leave.  This is a fully in office position with no remote or hybrid schedule availability.  Salary is commensurate with experience.  E-mail resume to: LKA@grossmanroth.com.
