This is a unique opportunity to join a small yet growing destination law firm as a Senior Estate & Probate Associate. This role is responsible for being the lead attorney (with mentorship as needed) on testate and intestate estate matters from start to finish, including conducting client meetings, drafting advanced estate planning documents, advocating for Estate Beneficiaries on contested matters, court appearances on behalf of the Estate, and handling uncontested and contested conservatorship matters. Candidates should have an active Tennessee bar and 4+ years of experience handling probate cases and drafting estate planning documents. Must be passionate about delivering peace of mind to clients in their time of need. Further must enjoy being part of a team and developing Paralegals and Legal Assistants, and in the future, junior attorneys.
