Dentons is seeking a patent attorney, patent agent, or technical advisor with at least 3 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience to join our Intellectual Property & Technology practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications relating to electrical, computer science, physics, telecom, mechanical, and materials. Registration to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office is required, though we will consider technical advisors that are qualified to sit for the registration exam.
