Dentons seeks an ambitious mid-level associate with a passion for a variety of deal work to join our high energy, growing Corporate Practice. This position can be based in the Los Angeles, San Francisco or Silicon Valley office. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of strong transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, venture, private equity, and corporate finance. Experience in licensing, lending and securities is a plus.
