Join a rapidly growing transactional practice working on sophisticated M&A, private equity and finance transactions with leading investment funds and their portfolio companies. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with clients the software, telecommunications, health care and biotech, financial services and cannabis industries. The successful candidate will also receive extensive training and mentorship, and the opportunity to develop his or her own practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-6 years of transactional experience and strong academic credentials. We are looking for attorneys who are business-minded, confident, solutions-oriented and work well as part of a team. Large law firm experience preferred. EOE/AA/M/F/D/V.
