Responsibilities:- Gather evidence, evaluate findings, and develop strategies and arguments.- Make Court appearances and argue cases.- Draft Motion papers and Appellate Briefs.- Bench trials.- Negotiate settlements.- Work independently and in teams to complete projects.Minimum Qualifications:- Juris Doctor degree.
