Duane Morris LLP seeks a mid-level associate to join its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in general bankruptcy litigation, including discovery and depositions excellent research and writing skills. Experience in complex Chapter 11 plan and asset sale litigation is a plus. Stellar academics and California bar admission required.The target annual pay range for this role in Los Angeles is $187,500 - $260,000. Positions outside of CA will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
