Richard C. Wayne & Associates, P.C. is a well-respected and highly effective civil litigation firm, with a combined 26 years of experience representing homeowners, debtors, tenants, and other consumers against institutional lenders, landlords, and other party disputes.
We are currently seeking to expand our firm through hiring of additional trial attorneys.
Our practice primarily involves real estate litigation, entertainment litigation, business litigation and contract litigation, with an emphasis on assisting individuals regarding actions such as wrongful foreclosure, wrongful evictions, residential neighbor disputes, partition actions, copyright and trademarks disputes, royalty disputes, disputes over land, disputes regarding purchase and sale agreements and other matters. In addition, we provide general counsel services to entertainment businesses and artists as well as entertainment contract negotiation and drafting services.
Candidate Expectations and Requirements
We seek strong, confident attorneys with outgoing personalities, who have legal research experience, and excellent judgment in designing the most effective and efficient defense or offense in light of our client’s factual scenarios, both in workouts and at trial or reaching strong settlement.
In addition, the ideal candidate should have experience preparing for trial, conducting trial and reaching strong settlements. Strong communication and writing skills are a must.
While experience in real estate, contract, and business litigation is preferred, we are open to Attorneys who can bring other areas of practice into the firm. Attorneys without specific experience in our practice areas can expect strong support, meaningful training, and a plethora of opportunities to gain valuable litigation and trial experience.
Candidates must have a strong desire to learn and grow in their legal profession, the ability to work effectively with firm colleagues, and to apply their skills to expertly represent clients.

$100,000.00 - $110,000.00 salary, depending upon experience, with room to grow
