One (1) Workers Compensation Associate with 2-5 years' experience. Responsibilities: Gather evidence, evaluate findings, and develop strategies and arguments. Make Court appearances and argue cases. Draft Motion papers and Appellate Briefs. Bench trials. Negotiate settlements. Work independently and in teams to complete projects. Minimum Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree. Licensed to practice law in the State of NJ Ability to stay organized and meet rigid deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Courtroom experience. Excellent interpersonal skills (i.e., active listening, negotiation, persuasion). Excellent analytical skills (i.e., critical thinking, problem solving, decision making).
