Mid-Level (Class of 2009-2010) with experience in Finance

Seeking associate at the mid-level (Class of 2009-2010) with directly applicable experience in representing major banks, other financial institutions, and medium to large corporate borrowers in credit agreement negotiations and drafting, including experience with creating and perfecting security interests. Experience with lending/borrowing in the energy space is a plus.
