Mid-Level (Class of 2008-2010) with experience in Capital Markets

Seeking associate candidate at the mid-level (Classes 2008 through 2010) with directly applicable substantive experience representing public companies, investors and underwriters in capital markets transactions and other registered and unregistered offerings of debt and equity securities. Some experience in merger and acquisition transactions, and corporate and financing transactions a plus.
