Kelley Drye & Warren LLP’s Advertising and Privacy Law Practice group has an opening for a super star junior/mid-level associate who is looking to join a dynamic, active practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology/mobile developments with a specific focus on mobile and technology transactions including privacy, data security, and online/mobile advertising issues. This position also will involve regular counseling to clients, as well as regulatory defense work before federal and state agencies. A strong academic record, writing and presentation (speaking) skills as well as DC Bar membership are required.
