Our Salt Lake City office is currently seeking a transactional real estate attorney with 1 – 3 years of practical, hands-on real estate experience, including title and survey review, review and drafting of commercial leases, purchase and sales agreements, easements, and other real estate project documents. This position is on a non-partnership track and contract basis. Applicants should be available to work for the firm on an exclusive basis. Compensation will be set based upon level of experience and agreed upon commitment. In addition to base compensation, the attorney will be eligible to participate in firm’s 401(K) Savings Plan. Work arrangements would be determined mutually, with reduced hour options and telecommuting flexibility. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills required. Utah Bar admissions preferred.
