Our client, management company, has engaged us to identify an Associate Corporate Counsel with 3+ years of experience with tax planning and corporate experience to join its growing legal team. Ideal candidates will have experience with T&E planning, corporate governance, contracts, and private equity investments. The hired attorney will have direct client interaction and work closely with other departments, including Tax, Accounting, and Real Estate. Candidate should have experience reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts as well as with corporate formation. Hired attorney will report up to General Counsel.
