Our client, a boutique litigation firm established by former BigLaw partners, is seeking to hire a mid-senior level associate and a counsel level attorney for their rapidly expanding firm. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of litigation experience and will work on a variety of commercial litigation matters for their Fortune 500 clients. Previous experience or interest in employment litigation, consumer litigation and class action matters is a plus. Candidates must be graduates of top tier law schools with exceptional academic credentials. Federal or State Appellate Court Clerkship experience preferred but not required.
