A high-volume, small Middlesex County Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm seeks an experienced NJ licensed Personal Injury attorney.
The successful candidate will possess the following requirements;
• Have at least three years of relevant personal injury experience and be eager to gain first-chair trial experience;
• Be proficient in negotiating settlements with insurance carriers;
• Have ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Be skilled in legal research and drafting motions;
• Be able to meet with clients and answer interrogatories;
• Have experience taking and defending depositions; and be able to appear for arbitration and motion hearings.
