Quarles & Brady LLP, an AmLaw 200 law firm, seeks a highly-qualified Senior Counsel to join its Business Law Group's mergers & acquisitions team in the Chicago, Illinois office.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5-12 years of significant corporate transactional and mergers & acquisitions experience, preferably with a national law firm, including experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents and overseeing due diligence in M&A transactions. Excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational, drafting and analytical skills are a must
