Quarles & Brady LLP, an Am Law 200 law firm, seeks a highly-qualified mid to senior-level associate to join its Business Law Group's mergers & acquisitions team in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office.
The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of significant corporate transactional and mergers & acquisitions experience, preferably with a national or large regional law firm, including experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents and overseeing and managing due diligence in M&A transactions. Excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational, drafting and analytical skills and experience are a must.
