Quarles & Brady LLP, an AmLaw 200 law firm, seeks a highly-qualified mid-level transactional associate to join its Public Finance Group in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office.

The ideal candidate should have at least2-3 years of experience or familiarity with tax-exempt bond or debt transactions, or related fields. This associate would be expected to assist our team, which is ranked 4th in the Midwest by volume of transactions, on bond counsel, underwriter's counsel and disclosure counsel matters.

Excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational, drafting and analytical skills are a must.
