Taxation & Wealth Planning (Orphans' Court Litigation/Trust Administration) Associate Blue Bell, PA; Exton, PA; Warrington, PA Description: Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the Bucks County (Warrington), Chester County (Exton), and Montgomery County (Blue Bell) offices for an associate in the Taxation & Wealth Planning Department, Fiduciary Litigation Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have two to three years of relevant experience. We are currently not accepting resumes from search firms for this position. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: · Strong research, writing skills, and academic record. · Experience in fiduciary litigation (guardianships, will contests, accountings). · Experience in trusts, charitable trusts (administration, including drafting non-judicial settlement agreements) and/or estates. · Orphans’ Court clerkship preferred.
