Family Law Associate

Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients in family law matters - Negotiate and draft legal documents such as divorce agreements, child custody agreements, and prenuptial agreements - Represent clients in court proceedings related to family law, including divorce hearings, child custody hearings, domestic violence hearings and     spousal support hearings - Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in family law regulations - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case to gather information and negotiate settlements Requirements: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the state bar association and in good standing - Proven experience practicing family law, including negotiation and litigation skills - Strong knowledge of family law regulations and procedures - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Must speak SpanishJob Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Commission pay
