Our client, a multistate law firm focused on real estate matters for banks and other lenders, is seeking to hire a Supervising Litigation Partner/Attorney for their Georgia Division. Qualified candidates must have 10+ years of litigation/courtroom experience and default management (foreclosure, title, bankruptcy, evictions and REO). Management experience is a plus as this attorney will oversee a group of attorneys and support staff throughout the state. This is a fabulous leadership opportunity as the hired attorney will also be working closely with the managing partner of the firm and other operations leaders.
