Qualifications:
Admitted in New York state court and federal courts in New York.
Experience practicing in commercial litigation in New York state and federal courts.
Knowledge of the NY Commercial Division Rules and Federal Rules (procedural and evidentiary).
Experience in drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, taking and defending depositions, and in assisting in trials and arbitrations.
5 to 8 years of experience is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent research and writing skills, including proficiency in technological sources of research and all components of electronic discovery.
Excellent oral advocacy skills, including in court and taking and defending depositions.
Ability to develop case strategy and case management.

Salary:
$120,000 - $180,000 annualized salary range plus eligibility for y/e bonus.Exact compensation within the range will be determined based on education, skills, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Viable candidates should have experience or demonstrated interest in complex litigation. Candidates must be prepared to assume an active case load, must be driven and know how to deliver successful results for clients.
