An ideal candidate should have 1 - 8 years of experience (however the firm will consider entry level candidates with excellent credentials). Associates in this role are expected to perform legal research, prepare and respond to discovery, take and defend depositions, draft and argue dispositive motions, assist with mediation, arbitration, trials and hearings.
