Our client, a multistate law firm focused on real estate and foreclosure matters for banks and other lenders, is seeking to hire an associate for their Georgia Division. Qualified candidates must have 4+ years of litigation/courtroom experience and title review experience. The hired attorney will be working on a variety of commercial collection matters (suits on notes and guarantees), personal property foreclosure and deficiency judgments, real property foreclosure-related litigation, and real property title curative litigation (quiet title, reformation, declaratory judgment, boundary line disputes, etc.). This is a fabulous opportunity as the hired attorney will be working with a tight-knit and growing litigation team. Hire will be based in the firm’s Atlanta office – hybrid schedule offered.
