This position is REMOTE/HYBRIDRole and Responsibilities: Busy boutique law firm with a diverse litigation and transactional practice including real estate, estate planning, insurance defense and business formation/continuity seeks associate attorney. Ideal candidate will be assigned a case load which includes: · Legal analysis of new files; performance of all aspects of litigation from commencement of case through resolution including appeal work. · Representing clients in court, at mediations and arbitrations. · Direct client contact and assistance with drafting of estate planning, real estate and other transactional documents. Qualifications and Education Requirements: J.D degree from an ABA-approved law school 3+ years (preferred) as a practicing attorney Admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania required; NY or DE a plus. Strong communication and writing skills. Strong work ethic paired with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and circumstances.
