The associate will have the opportunity to be involved in the representation of Fortune 500 companies, major retail businesses, national transportation carriers and insurance companies in the defense of litigation claims throughout New York State. The firm believes in a team-first approach, and associates will work directly with the litigation partners. The ideal candidate will have deposition experience, attention to details, excellent writing, and communication skills. Only attorneys admitted to practice in New York will be considered.
