Applicant should be admitted in New York and have at least one year experience. Familiarity with commercial litigation including basic CPLR pleadings, discovery & motion practice. Strong legal writing credentials will be a plus. Will have to be eligible for admission to SDNY and EDNY.Job Description :Associates will be assigned to work closely with a Partner on a select few high value cases.
