Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a mid-level associate to join its Health Care & Life Sciences practice. The office location is flexible, and we will consider candidates to be affiliated with any of the Firm’s existing offices listed below, but Boston is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of four years of relevant experience and possess expertise in those aspects of health regulatory law applicable to the health care and life sciences industries including FDA regulatory matters, clinical research, and fraud and abuse. Experience reviewing and negotiating agreements is preferred, but not required. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills. Juris Doctorate degree required. Admission to practice law in one of the following jurisdictions is mandatory: California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee or Washington, DC.
