The New Jersey Turnpike Authority (“Authority”), through a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms or individual practitioners licensed to practice law who desire to serve as Special Collections Counsel for the Authority. Interested proposers are required to download the RFQ from the Bid Express® service at www.bidexpress.com. The RFQ will detail the required Scope of Services. Proposals must be submitted via Bid Express no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 19, 2023. All Proposers must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 relating to affirmative action rules prohibiting discrimination in employment and requiring affirmative action in performance of contracts awarded to the Successful Proposer
