We are seeking an attorney with five or more years of experience in the areas of estate planning and business law. This position will offer you the opportunity to work with our experienced Estate Planning & Business Attorneys in our Manitowoc, Wisconsin office and will benefit from their extensive and well established client base.

The Transactional Practice Group consels clients through the complexities of mergers and acquisitions, business law, commercial lending and finance, land and resource issues, and tax and wealth planning matters. Our Estate Planning & Business Attorneys advise multiple and varied clients in all aspects of estate planning, probate, trust administration, business succession planning and corporate matters.

Preferred candidates will bring their current demonstrated success as an estate planning and business attorney, along with a tax and accounting background to our practice.
