Duane Morris LLP is looking to add an associate with between 8-10 years of hands-on experience for its Environmental team in its Newark, New Jersey or New York offices. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years’ of environmental law experience in the areas of regulatory compliance, environmental litigation and transactional matters including, but not limited to, negotiating access, reimbursement, cost-sharing or purchase and sale agreements, experience with New Jersey’s Spill Act, ISRA, New York’s Navigation Law, CERCLA, RCRA, and related environmental statutes and regulations. Stellar academics and superior writing and research skills required along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative. Candidate must possess an ability to work independently and who will exude and inspire confidence.
