Qualifications:

Seeking associate for Health Practice Group. Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years previous experience in health law practice (large, mid-size firm or boutique) or in-house legal position in healthcare industry. Preferred focus is regulatory/transactional/administrative law. Candidate should have working knowledge in the following areas: Stark, Anti-Kickback, False Claims, HIPAA, and reimbursement. Strong writing and research skills essential. PA and NJ active licenses preferred.
