We are seeking a transactional health care associate with at least 3 to 5 years of experience to join the Business & Finance Department in our Philadelphia, PA, Baltimore, MD or Wilmington, DE office. Successful candidates will have knowledge of federal and state health care laws and regulations, including the Affordable Care Act, False Claims Act, Stark and anti-kickback, HIPAA, HITECH, Medicare Part D and EMTALA. Outstanding academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication are required. Attorneys in our growing healthcare practice represent non-profit and for profit health care providers, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, pharmacies, physician practices and clinical labs, medical schools, medical plans, third-party payers and other health care related businesses.
