Shipman is seeking an associate to join our Real Estate practice group in our Stamford or Hartford offices. Candidates should have four to six years of experience practicing in transactional commercial real estate, including familiarity with title and survey review, closing transactions and leasing and conveyancing concepts. Candidates must be self-starters, have the desire to grow in responsibility and ultimately manage transactions, and have experience working as a member of a team on complex deals. Although we would prefer a candidate to work out of one of our Connecticut offices, we are flexible and we would consider applicants who prefer to work remotely.
