Excellent opportunity to join a collegial law firm and work on high-stakes litigation in Florida.  Responsibilities: •Draft pleadings, discovery demands, discovery responses, motions and briefs • Handle the day-to-day activities of assigned matters from the ground up • Attend court conferences, hearings and depositions •Perform legal research and draft research memoranda Qualifications: · Product liability experience preferred · Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills · 1-3 years of litigation experience (at a law firm, for a government legal department, or clerking for a judge). Product liability experience is a plus, but not required. · Admission to the Florida State Bar with active license · Flexible work out of firm’s Brevard County office
