Qualifications:

Seeking junior-level associate with 1-3 years experience negotiating and drafting agreements, including procurement, software licensing, and general commercial contracts. Previous experience in contracts management or administration a strong plus. Background in technology, healthcare, or higher education also desirable. Candidate must have excellent academic record. Pennsylvania Bar required.
