Job Description:

A real estate finance associate with 1-2 years of experience who has worked on transactions for commercial lenders and banks, real estate funds, real estate developers and companies. The associate should have experience with reviewing title, documenting, negotiating and closing sophisticated lending transactions, particularly real estate secured loans. We are looking for someone with excellent academic credentials and major law firm experience. Additionally, it would be beneficial, but not necessary, if the associate also had experience in the hospitality arena. California Bar also a plus, but not required. EOE.
