The Phoenix office of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP is seeking a talented and ambitious litigation associate with 4-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in a mid- to large firm with a proven track record in legal research and drafting of pleadings, memos, and briefs. Qualified candidates will also have experience taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, and making court appearances. Experience in health care law and/or ERISA litigation a plus, but not necessary.Excellent academic performance, law journal or law review, strong writing and analytical skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment required.
